A Blog, Long Forgotten, Now Renewed.
I had forgotten about this blog. My memory was jarred recently about having my own blog when Alan sent me a link to his blog, Sacred Mountains. I was re-reading some of my postings. I am amazed to see how much things have not changed in the peace scene. Still, war and conflicts have been going on for the entire years since 2004 when I started the blog. Some improvements in a few
countries there, depending on who the citizens of that country support.
What's happening in Syria is now very discerning to me at this time. If you view
the horror of the revolution on line in some of the Facebook sites, it will break your heart.
And yes, that anomaly called FACEBOOK has been born into the world by a kid named Mark Z. Z now stands for zillionaire, I guess. What a way to keep in
touch with family and friends instead of linked postage stamp letters. And
with the way we all hook up with family and friends all around the globe, love it. Otherwise, I would be a very depressed person. Now I can smile and be happy to send greetings and photos in a click, click. Everyone now knows where I traveled and seen the joy of seeing beautiful nature, and friendly people, and maybe learned a few things about life.
Photo below is in very peaceful time at Palmyra in January 2010.
It might be fun to keep it updated and shared with friends and family at least. Not sure about public.
