I think having a few trust worthy human beings in your circle helps ground you to understanding the rest of the world. For me, I have Alan, my curley headed son so full of creativity and compassion. My life partner, husband Isam, who I can love and trust and learn of the greater good in things, and can argue with and still find the forgiveness. His brother, Bash, who understands me and sometimes comforts me emotionally as my own brother would, of which I have none. My lady friends, young Bernice, seen here on Mothers Day a few years ago, a new Mom, who has taught me how to rejuvenate hope. This is Suerto Loco Hotel where Isam and I stayed a few times in past visits. This time there were no rooms available to our chagrin, so we walked up the hill to Hotel Belleview and found a great room there as the window pics show as well as rooftop pics I have. January weather proves to be pleasant and warm, my face shimmers a little with sweat from the sunshine.
